SOVO Technologies, a leading provider of subtitling and transcription in the cultural industry, was looking to relocate its head office to an environment better suited to their needs.
Our mandate began with the support of SOVO and its rental agent, in the search for a new space. VAD was called upon to carry out preleasing plans to assess the potential of the buildings visited.
Once the new location was selected, the creative process was set in motion to develop design propositions that fostered collaboration and met SOVO’s technical and acoustic needs.
The restored concrete floor, the uncovered ceiling, the bursts of color, new furnishings and the addition of concrete elements enhance the industrial look that the client was looking for.
