In a context of growth and evolving operations, LCM Avocats undertook the reconfiguration of its offices to create a workplace better aligned with the company’s current reality. With a growing team and the relocation of an entire department to another floor, the project aimed not only to optimize the spaces, but also to preserve the sense of belonging and the overall employee experience.
The objective was clear: to create attractive, functional, and collaborative environments meeting the growing need for privacy and collaboration. The mandate notably included the reconfiguration of the 26th floor 600 Maisonneuve Boulevard West through the addition of new meeting rooms offering a higher level of confidentiality, as well as the design of a large cafeteria conceived as a true gathering space for employees.
The concept embraces a refined, elegant, and timeless atmosphere, where neutral tones allow natural light and the exceptional exterior views to take center stage, a key factor in the client’s choice of office location. The design was carefully developed to highlight this panorama by creating open, bright, and calming spaces.
Materiality also plays a central role in the project. Ezobord acoustic panels were integrated to enhance sound comfort within collaborative areas, while lighting fixtures from Luminaires Authentik, enhanced with stone details, bring character and sophistication to the overall design. Custom banquettes complete the layout, providing comfortable and versatile seating areas.
Art also holds an important place in the identity of the space. One of the partners, a passionate art collector, contributed several pieces from his personal collection, enriching the project and giving it a exclusive and artistic dimension.
The trust placed in the design team, which allowed them considerable freedom in choosing materials and finishes, is reflected in the final result, which is harmonious, refined, and unique.
Despite a particularly tight schedule, the project was completed on time, allowing LCM Avocats to quickly move into renovated spaces that reflect the firm’s evolution.
