As Quebec’s leading natural gas distributor, Énergir is driving innovation to accelerate the energy transition while enhancing the quality of life for communities, its partners, and its employees.

In this context, Énergir undertook the reconfiguration of a strategic area within its headquarters to optimize its use and better support internal collaboration. VAD partnered with Énergir throughout the design process, including the selection of finishes and materials, adopting an approach that was sustainable, understated, and functional.

The project includes a multifunctional room designed to accommodate a variety of meetings and collaborative activities, as well as complementary spaces that encourage interaction and small-group work.

Particular attention was given to lighting, comfort, and the durability of the design elements, with the aim of enhancing existing spaces and improving the employee experience. This redevelopment provides Énergir with a flexible and adaptable work environment that supports its day-to-day operations and future needs.
