The Looping is a strategic approach developed by VAD to ask the right questions before designing. This workshop helps clarify an organization’s needs, ways of working, human considerations, business objectives and team expectations.

Through this reflection phase, we establish a clear direction for the project. The Looping supports decision-making, encourages team alignment and guides the design toward solutions that are truly useful and sustainable.
