- To offer a high-quality, welcoming experience in a connected environment, user-centered — a thoughtful, sustainable, and calming space designed to promote collaboration, creativity, and well-being within its community.
Our recent mandate was to transform a client’s café area into a true living space: an inspiring, connected environment designed to foster interaction. This new layout enhances the workplace experience through a generous range of services and human-centered design focused on well-being.
Three key directions guided the design strategy.
An organic and fluid layout
By integrating architectural constraints, the space maximizes openings, creating a vast and inviting environment. With its warm materials, curved forms, and abundant greenery, the space evokes nature and invites relaxation. It serves as a welcoming gathering point, fostering disconnection, creativity, and human connection.
Impactful design and architecture
The design embraces a slow design approach, focusing on durability, material quality, and a mindful user experience. The goal: to have a positive impact on users’ health and well-being, strengthen their connection to the space, and reflect the company’s culture through an environment designed to last, evolve, and be fully lived in.
A hub for connection
This space is designed as a true hub for connection, both with people and with nature. It offers a variety of meeting areas, from open, light-filled zones with large communal tables to more intimate corners featuring curved banquettes, cozy nooks, and small tables ideal for conversation.
The use of neutral, earthy tones, green accents and natural materials like wood contributes to creating a vibrant, calming and welcoming environment. A space where comfort, light, vegetation, and mindful presence elevate the everyday work experience into something deeply human and inspiring.
