VAD strengthens its leadership team with the appointment of two new partners

VAD is proud to announce the appointment of Andréa Veilleux and Patricia Loyer as partners within its leadership team. These appointments mark an important milestone in the evolution of the company, as the firm specializing in corporate and commercial interior design will celebrate its 50th anniversary next year.

Joining partners François Larente, Martine Drolet and Marc Archambault, the integration of Andréa and Patricia marks the beginning of a strategic succession plan, carefully developed to ensure VAD’s longevity and continued growth.

The new partners have long been involved in the firm’s activities and have contributed significantly to the development of its areas of expertise: strategic planning, design and the execution of interior design projects.

She is fully invested in the company’s projects and business development, standing out for her recognized expertise in strategic planning, sustainable development and interior design project management. Her positive influence extends throughout the design community. Passionate about her profession, she shares her knowledge with the next generation of designers as a practical training instructor at the Université de Montréal. Andréa holds the NCIDQ certification and the titles of LEED AP and WELL AP, reflecting her commitment to sustainable development and user well-being by creating human-centred environments. As a new partner at VAD, Andréa will play a crucial role in guiding the company’s strategic direction and visibility through the delivery of high-quality projects.

Patricia Loyer

Patricia Loyer has made a significant contribution to the success of numerous projects over her 16 years with the firm. Her recent NCIDQ certification reflects her commitment to the evolution and advancement of the profession. Her career path illustrates her dedication, enviable technical expertise and ability to skillfully manage multidisciplinary teams. She embodies a passion and professionalism that are reflected in every decision and every project detail. Patricia embodies VAD’s values: a commitment to well-executed teamwork, authenticity and an unwavering desire to continually surpass herself.
