For the complete redesign of the headquarters for a leading organization in the field of digital innovation, VAD had the opportunity to materialize the company’s values ​​and to create a pleasant living environment for its employees.

The project is the result of in-depth reflection, which begun in 2021, as part of a strategic planning mandate. This approach, fundamental in our space planning process, allowed us to immerse ourselves in the organization’s DNA, its culture and its particularities, in order to design an environment tailored to its needs and ambitions.

To develop the new layout and design strategy, we surveyed more than 300 employees. This active participation allowed us to collect valuable data on their mobility and collaboration habits, their expectations and their apprehensions regarding their new workplace. Thanks to this information, we were able to develop interior design guidelines perfectly adapted to the needs and particularities of all users.

The new design maximizes access to natural light and offers a variety of unassigned workstations and numerous collaboration areas.

The space includes a generous employee cafeteria adjacent to reconfigurable work rooms. The rooms feature mobile partitions that can be closed to create smaller rooms, or opened to connect to neighboring spaces and create a large gathering area.

This redesign is inspired by current trends in office design while reinforcing the organization’s unique culture.
